Phase Three Transformation services, designed for scarcity.
Three ways to engage. Built as a ladder, not a menu.
Most firms sell you a service and hope you buy the next one. We do it the other way around. Every engagement we offer is designed to earn the right to the next — or to reveal, honestly and early, that there isn't one. A sprint proves the thinking before a pod ever begins. A briefing maps the territory before a sprint is commissioned. You choose the altitude. We make sure the altitude is earned.
We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We work with a handful of companies at a time, by design. The engineering partnership that sits inside every engagement is real capacity, not a page on a deck — which means the only way to grow is to be more selective, not less.
From Phase Three briefing to embedded AI department.
Phase Three Transformation Pods
An embedded AI department inside your business. Not a consultancy. Not a staff-augmentation model. A senior team — strategy, engineering, and delivery — operating inside your operating rhythm, accountable for outcomes over months and years.
For growth-minded CEOs who have decided Phase Three is not a problem to outsource to a deck. Typically six to twenty-four month engagements.
Explore the pod model →Signal Intelligence Sprint
Two to three weeks. One business question. A signal intelligence brief that tells you what's actually happening — not what most consultants will sell you as a deliverable.
We spend ten hours obsessing over your business before we say a word about ours. Graduation into a pod is optional, and mutual. Most sprints end with a clearer question, not a bigger sale.
See the sprint shape →Briefings & Advisory
A structured briefing for a board, executive team, or individual CEO navigating Phase Three decisions. Custom to your context — never a template. Designed to frame the phase, the mechanics, and the decision surface before anyone commits a budget.
Also available as standing advisory on a quarterly rhythm, for leaders who want a single advisor at hand through the adaptation window.

Why we stay small.
Scarcity is a positioning asset and a quality guarantee. Every pod consumes real capacity from Thomas and the senior engineering partnership that anchors every engagement. We cannot scale horizontally without diluting the thing that makes us worth hiring in the first place — which is that the people who show up on day one are the people who stay through day three hundred.
This has a commercial consequence. We cannot accept every enquiry, and we actively turn away work where the fit is wrong. If that sounds like we're being picky: we are. That is the service. It is also how we protect the quality of the work you receive if we do take your engagement on.
We don't pitch. We assess fit, both ways.
Ready to see whether the fit is there?
